Is it just me.. or at lets say 3rd to 4th or 4th to 5th the car feels like it shifts hard?
It doesn't do it all the time, but.. this still bugs me. I went from like 70 to 90, stepped on it and could feel the car shift.. felt kinda hard. Am I worrying over nothing or is this a problem?

So,
when you stomp on it and the car drops a gear you don't feel it? Maybe it was because I was on wet roads?

If you're nailing the throttle, you will feel the shifts more than if you're feathering it. I expect to feel the car shift if I'm winding it out to redline and flooring it...

The shifts will feel harsher if you have it in ECT power mode.
Drive it in normal mode gently for a few days, and it will
shift smoother after it learns your more casual driving style.
In ECT Power mode, I noticed my 5 to 4 downshifts were
so abrupt that I was always afraid someone would rear
end me.
A hard shift is not a bad thing in reality. There is less clutch
slip than with a long slow shift. Transmission hop-up kits
intentionaly strive to create fast hard shifts.

Only time mine shifts hard is from 1-2 and 2-3 under full acceleration with the ecs power mode on and the vdim system turned off. Otherwise the only time you can tell that it shifts is by watching the indicator.

I guess with having 4 people in the car and stomping the gas to get around a semi .. going to feel something. I know it seemed odd, but I came from driving a manuel and I did all the shifting so nothing felt silly.
Thanks guys!
