I definitely will be keeping the badges on; it's not like someone is going to walk up to you and ask what kind of car you have, because you removed the bagging.

To each is there own I guess, and that’s ok as well.

Default Color match the badges?

Perhaps color matching the badges instead of getting rid of it all the way...

Bottle of OEM matching paint: $25.

Time and effort: your call.

Touch up paint looks like , especially the metallic colors. I'm sure a real professional multi-stage paint job, while it would cost quite a bit more, would look night-and-day better.

You can actually bring the OEM paint to a professional painter. You definately need to prime the chrome emblems as well to let the paint stay on.

Again, time and effort: your call...

Hi, do you have pictures posted anywhere here? I'd like to see 'cause I have thought of painting them too. Thanks.

I’m not a fan of debadging. It often sends the wrong message. For example, if I saw an IS with the numbers off I would think it’s a 250 and the owner is trying to make everyone think it’s a 350.

I'll take a photo in the morning, it's dark outside already. It's pretty easy, the hardest part is putting the emblems back on the car :\

let me try to rephrase this... debadging the "LEXUS" text and the IS250/350 text only... will it still leave holes or are the holes only on the center Lexus (L) emblem? i mean if its cheap to just shave, ill shave but if its going to leave holes i wont think twice and leave it. btw.. i really like that stock oem spoiler in the picture above
