The only "alternate" pad is part number 04465-30400 which is identified in a Canadian TSB to reduce brake dust. It's the pad for the 450h, but fits the 350 calipers.
It will be nice when the aftermarket catches up with the IS350 and we get some real choice of pads.

Thanks for the part number for the alternate pads! I will probably try those next as the IS350 dust like a ****.
