Well anything drawing less voltage will come out as yellowish. The Bulb is a nice blue tint so it does look better overall. The only drawback is the foglights aren't the same color. Keep in mind the foglights are like a 7000K color HID which is kinda blueish, our HID are a bright white. So the colors aren't the same, however i don't like yellow foglights or the stock one, so this will work fine.

I suppose it is. The IS looks WAY better without a front license plate IMO.
My previous car I been driving 9 years in Southern California. 4 tickets in that car and not even one cop mentioned anything about me not having one.
How did you get to the DRL's? I just took off all the plastic cover pieces under the hood and its sooo tight behind the headlights. I cant imagine how difficult it would be to change the bulbs. Was it difficult?
Also, how do you get to the fog light bulbs??

For the DRL's you must take off the covers and on the passenger side, its easy but there is a cover you must take off, its a clip on cover. The driver side is a bit harder as you must unbolt the washer fluid and reach in to open the cover. Once you open the cover just twist and turn the blubs. Disconnect the connectors and u can change it easier. For the fog lights there is a DIY someone here in the forum. That is easier but it is just harder to reach, Its all under your front fender cover. If you need help searchin for it let me know.
One more question.
How do you get to the front dome light bulb? The rear one is easy you just pop out the plastic cover and there are two bulbs under there in the rear.
But the front one you really cant pop out that cover. Do you have to unscrew those two screws under the sunglass holder? I did that but that panel doesnt seem to want to come off. I dont want to yank on it and break something. I appreciate your help!

There are two clips in the front, you must pull in and out, or up and out. its like a latch, i also was scared of pulling it out but I looked around and saw that with a flashlight.
