I'm thinking 1 of 3 things...
1) Connect directly to your battery. Usually people who install aftermarket HID kits and draw power from their factory headlight plug run into issues of firing up the HID bulbs since they require a spike of 23000 volts to ignite.
The solution is simple - get a wiring harness that connects directly to your battery and the only use of the factory plug is to trigger a relay that sends power directly from the battery to the ballasts.
2) Check your connections. Make sure all the plugs are very tight.
2) Your ground. Make sure your ground is touching BARE METAL and isn't being shared as a ground for something else.

what was the idea here? put as many different colored lights on the front of your car as possible giving the effect of a circus going down the road at 80mph? just curious

i dunno about that circus comment, this lighting setup is exactly what a GS with factory HIDs looks like if the low beams are upgraded to the 6k bulbs from the oem 4300k. Some people just like the blue-ish light.
one thing to note is - i think your camera lens has some oil on it or something smudged it. not sure why else the lights woud be blurred that way.

When I started having an issue with my driver's side not coming on, it turned out to be a bad ballast. This happened about a month after having the kit though. Here's how events occurred for me:
I went out one evening, turned my lights on and saw that I didn't have as much light output. The drivers side was out. I turned them off and on and the drivers side was back. These events happened randomly over the next couple of weeks until the drivers side completely stopped working. Had the bulb checked.....it was fine. It was the ballast.
Again, this happened about a month after having the kit installed.
I sent the bad ballast in, had the part sent back, and things are gravy so far.
