I had alot of condensation inside one of them before, had it replaced by dealer, if it's just "fog", then watch it for a while, if there're beads of water in it, take it in

I wished mine were still under warranty
I need to take them off the car, and open them, clean out the lens which has watermarks from the inside, then see if I can seal mine up better.
seems to be pretty common with lexus.
I would take yours in, because its only going to get worse, sure maybe its fog now, but years down the road you will get water droplets, but then by that time they wont be covered under warranty, so I would take it now, and just get it replaced if you can, because there is already a defect.

The person you replied to, DonJuan45i, has a '98 GS400 (according to his other posts), so his car is well out of warranty.

If you look at the back of the headlight housing you'll see there are (typically) two small vents with some foam stuck in them. The foam is to filter out dirt, but the vents are there to allow the air inside the housing to escape when it gets hot. The problem is, when it cools it draws in ambient air. If it is very humid, it can condense inside the housing, and yes, if it gets to be too much, then you'll want to do something about it.
I put mine in the oven at 170F and let it dry out. I also make sure the little foam gizmos are clean. Worst case, put the whole thing in the oven at 170 for about 5 minutes, take them out and separate the lens from the backshell and clean it all up. That's what I did to my Supra way back in '98 before I got new headlights and put the car in a garage permanently.

yea I am familiar with the vents, tell you the truth I havent even looked, to see what condition the vents are in. I remember in my bimmer they were these little rubber boots that went over a little hole, and pointed downward. easily came off, and often did, which was 90% of the reason why lights would fog up.
Wonder if the GS uses the same type of rubber fittings??? however I did not know about the foam inserts, will pay close attention when I get this done.
I was just saying maybe the sealant around the lens has a bubble in it or something that is letting moisture in, regardless I need to take the lenses off and just wipe them from the inside. and then I just planned to use new sealant when I put the lenses back on, on top of that i plan to put moisture absorbing packs for extra help.
