Can 9006 Bulbs Be Used In Drl's

Ok! I Have A Set Of 9006 Bulbs For My Fogs But After I Installed Them I Realize That I Dont Like The Way They Look. My Question Is: Can I Used These 9006 For The Drl's, I Know Drl's Are 9005 But They Seem To Fit.
Can Anybody Help Me Please!

i don't think the 9006 bulb will fit in the 9005 hole? the 9006 hole is bigger than the 9005.
