really think you went overkill for the car. one of those 12's would have done just fine. logo makes it look like they were made in Arabia.

yea, you'd think.

most quality new audio companies, are old build houses for long time manufacturers. at least in my experience.

Looks good.

I've never heard of FI either in my 16 years in car audio, but if you like them I'm not going to complain.

Hey i was wonder how did you install those sub to the stock head unit like what i need to install them. I already have the amp, wires to power up the amp, and a 12in sub because i just got the car and i never install a sub to a stock head unit. I was wondering where did you run the wire for the amp too Thanks

guys I just came back from a professional installer that i ve been using for 13 years , he says to go with two twelves because our trunks are so sealed that anything less wont be enough. I wanted 2 10s I guess Im going for 2 12s now. Hopefully by next week I ll do the install . he also mentioned installing a bass **** and bypassing the factory amp still using the factory head unit .

That won't work. The volume **** on the deck actually controls the master volume in the amp. The bass, mid, treble, balance, fader, ASL, and listening position functions are also done in the amp. Bypass the amp and none of those controls on the head unit will work. I've tried it.

Bottom line is the head unit and the amp are electronically connected. Bypass the amp and some functions on the head unit, like volume, won't work.

Hey Mr. Cmusic lol.. Would my box being pressure fitted to the rear of the seats and up to the back deck cause an abnormal amount of rattling in this car? I had the exact same equipment in my 03 IS and it never rattled as bad as my 07 with 2000 miles.. Would taking out the stock sub help any?

My box sits up about 6 inches from the rear seat. I did that for the same reason that all the air comming from the speakers would be locked up in the trunk with no where to go causing the rattles. It worked for me. Taking out the stock sub would also help. MIAMIS250 2 10s will work just fine. I have 2 Solobaric 10L7 and they pound more than enough bass. I also have 2 JL Audio10W3V2 that i tryed and work great. You won't be disappointed with the amount of bass you get from those two. I had the JL Audio 500 on both set-ups.
