Assuming the vehicle is in excellent/mint condition, $34.5k is definitely a good price, but if you can get $34k even, that's damn good... Good luck!

still at $34500 BT....I have haggled back and forth....now what?

walk away since they are firm at 34.5K BT... They will eventually want to turn the inventory...
