Default Chrome out my X-pkg starfish rims or get aftermarket 19's?? I have tungsten pearl.

as title says, i dunno if i should chrome out my xpkg starfishy rims or get some aftermarket babies. if i get aftermarket rims, i would not get any other mods for the car besides espelir's. whereas with chrome only, i can get engine mods...like intake, sways and other things. i alraedy have hks exhaust btw.

Done.

Don't chrome the wheels, buy other mods.

I am never a fan of chrome rims or stock rims. Especially on silver cars...
Go for the aftermarket 19!

okay, i guess aftermarket must be the way to go. but i'm really picky, and the setup i want is going to cost me about 4000 for 19's and 4400 for 20's (Maya's) with tires. and i also need to get springs. so this would basically deplete any money i could have used for mods. so are you guys sure?!?!

if yes, press 1, if no press 2

yeah, but we are getting a 335icoupe too. need to pay for the vishnu piggyback and rims for that also...basically if i wanted to mod this car again, i would have to wait another like 6 months or more to get more money.

I'd be interested in purchasing your 18" X-package rims if possible.

Where did a ridiculous statement like this come from? I will say....I've seen the chrome/tungsten combination and it doesn't look as good as it would look on a darker car but........

If you want wheels and engine mods, do the chrome thing since you say your budget can support it. Only you can make the most sound decision for you. On this board, you will get a lot of bias in responses. I don't promote chrome nor do I knock it. Some looks good and some doesn't. Think about what you want and what will make you happy. Don't pay attention to B-line replies like the one quoted above.

I would go aftermarket with a silver car. Chrome on silver is a little bland color-wise; I would look for a more sporty gunmetal or black wheel.

However, I like the look of the stock wheels chromed (so much I got it done). The X-wheel chromed is good, but doesn't have the bling chrome-lovers are looking for.

Good luck and keep us informed with your choices!

Just as long as you spend a little money on noble charities and organizations too.

I'm shocked at the fact that some people spend $5000 on mods and don't donate $5 to charity...
