Thumbs up My 2nd oil change experience

I went to Lexus of Westminster, CA for oil change. I was going to do it myself, then what the heck, it costs 50 bucks, so I just let them do it for me.
When I got there, they checked my car if there are any damages, and had me signed it. So, that's good thing. One thing I like about their service is that they have camera monitors their tech. working on our cars. So, all I had to do was sitting on a very comfy sofa, and drinking free orange juice, and looking at my car on the screen. The whole process took about 30 mins. (I told them not to wash my car, cuz I just washed it)

I'm not sure about others, but I like to go there, cuz the place is comfortable, and they did a professional job.

You should see Park Place of Dallas. They just remodeled their dealership. There are now flat panel tv's all over the place, free drinks, a Gelato stand, and a putting green!

Just a tip. Mark your oil filter before taking your car in to verifiy it was changed. I have heard stories about service work not actually being performed.

Not applicable to this car. We have a canister filter, not a spin-on, only the internal element is replaced.

I've been to Lexus of Westminister and their service is not so bad compared to Lexus of Glendale. Glendale even sent me two free black coffee mugs + coffee + popcorn <wth + black tea for new years. BEAT THAT

i purchased my IS there and so far the experience have been awesome.
about a week after i bought the car, i noticed there was slight oxidation on the paint when i was washing the car. i'm guessing this was caused by sitting at their inventory lot? anyhow, i called their service department to express my concern. they told me to bring in the car the next day so they can buff the entire car. they gave me a loaner since it was going to take more than 2 hours to complete the job. got the car back in prestine condition. they even detailed my interior (not that it needed since it was only a week old). i'll be giving them a visit again soon for my 5K service.
