I have the same **** you have but instead of light leather i went for the black (gangsta). Stick is the ****. The ML is doing it also for me.

does your gearbox feel kinda stiff or slushy?? my MT makes it seem as if its very rough to put the car into 1st or 2nd gear. it feels as if theres a restriction or not enough oil in teh gearbox which causes the shifts to be harsh. for example if your going about 10 mph and try to put teh car from 2nd to 1st gear (before even attempting to rev match) its hard or too stiff to put the stick into gear. you really have to force it in there. it shoudlent be that way

yeah..it does..it feels kinda harsh shifting between gears but i think thats normal...and that lockout feeling you get when going from 2nd to 1st is normal..you're not really suppose to be shifting into first gear after going a certain amount of speed.

Yeah I NEVER shifted to first year while I'm rolling. Always went into 2nd gear.

yeah but what about when your rolling to a stop and want to put it into 1st so as soon as you stop you can quickly accelerate in 1st gear?
