Default changing daytime running lights and dome lights with LEDs

so ive decided to completely change my daytime running lights and everything in the interior with LED (bright white) bulbs... I understand that Ill be needing a good number bulbs five of the 194 type bulbs, two 194/168 (are these the same as just 194 bulbs or do I have to look for 194/168's?), and perhaps two DE3175's

now that the list is made, I have no idea where to look for the LED versions of these bulbs and if leds are even safe to be put in as Daytime Running Lights since it can get pretty hot inside the headlight housing.

what have some of you guys done? got pictures? thats a plus... list the brand and size of bulb and maybe the vendor you got it from.. thanks!

I replaced my rear turn signals with LEDs, and will be replacing the front parking lights (168's) with 12-LED sets next week. I'll post pics if I remember to...

I suggest against LEDs in the dome Light. They are too focused, and will not look right.

Best going with a set of Raybrig M4 bulbs.... preferably something whiter if you can find it.

I disagree w/ tqlla3k on LEDs in the dome lights, if you get the LED Refractor it looks FINE! I think it looks very good but if you do not get the refractors it will look like dots of light!

For the most part, I agree. LEDs are gonna give you hotspots, but if you pick the right bulbs, they're not awful.

Thinking of changing out the blue for green, though...what do people think? Yes, no, maybe so? My friend (and the namesake for my car) says I need to "celebrate the mick in me" and I almost agree...
