Default question about ability to have dvd's playing while car is in motion

I did a search but couldn't find it. Maybe i'm not typing in the proper stuff. I plan on buying a IS350 soon and i am curious about the ability to play dvd's while the car is in motion. Please don't tell me how dangerous it is. I already know that. I have an Avic-N1 in my current car and it allows me to watch dvd's while driving and I have been very careful with it. Since the ML system does pretty much everything my Avic can do I am curious as to what happens if you are playing a movie while you have a destination entered in the Navi. Will the screen automatically switch over and tell you if you are to make a turn or come off an exit. In my Avic-N1 if i am playing a dvd while i have a destination entered in the navi I will hear the voice of the navi tell me my turn is coming up and it will switch off the movie to the nav and show me what to do then afterwards go back to the movie. I think pioneer is who makes the Navi in the Lexus(at least thats what i think i remember reading could be wrong). I also wonder if you can have different views on the nav such as have the movie take up 3/4 of the screen and the nav take up a small section on the right. Again i did a search but couldnt find it. Information like this just makes me more anxious to get the car and please don't lecture me about the safety issues I know better than to watch movies while driving the feature is mainly for my son since he is so young and i know it will be benificial for me to play a movie while driving since he likes tv so much. I also wonder if the ML system has aux outputs so that i could maybe hook up headrest monitors for the back seat.

Thanks in advance.

No it will not. You will have to press the Map button to go to the Nav screen, then press Audio -> DVD -> Screen buttons to go back to the movie.

His answer was building upon the previous answers. If you don't do one of the nav hack modifications, you'll only be able to watch movies at rest with the parking brake applied.

Default Navigation Bypass on Ebay

Anyone try this from Ebay. They claim to bypass without cutting/modifying any wires?
