I spoke with a representative from Scosche this afternoon, http://www.scosche.com/default.aspx I was informed that Scosche plans to make a kit however, due to the stock radio relocation issue the kit is on the back burner.

I emailed Metra http://www.metraonline.com/ and this was the reply,

Yes we are planning on making a kit for these vehicles. No ETA.
