I'm sure Boss250 has a tremendous experience with this and will perfect this install of the Remote Start. So far, it sounds flawless to me. Once putting your foot on the brake without the key in the car will shut off the car.
Keep up the good work Boss!

ok, got it now. for some reason, i was under the impression that once you stepped on the brake, it would shut off regardless of the key which meant you'd have to start it again. haha ok... sounds good now. good work!

Boss, can you confirm this? If so, what caused the engine to kill?

im sorry its easy for me to do but hard for you guys to understand, basicaly i simulate me geting in the car pressing the button and break then when i open the door the remote star dies and the car turns off. you realy need to kno how the car, fob, and remote start works also thes a couple of releys and diodes.

extreamly complacatied i use a thing called a pulse time relay to kill the car when the remote start is turnd off. so yes the car dies when you open the door and yes you need to restart the car thats the way factoy toyata starts work idk its stupid but thats the only way

pulse time relays are not really that complicated, but i see your point to the average joe. i will most likely be doing a remote start next week on a customers is 250. i'm fairly confident i can make it so you don't have to restart and also kill when you press the brake. I'll let you know i am able to figure out when the car comes in.
