In case you guys haven't seen this yet. There is an XM to Sirius antenna adapter available though it is listed for GM, I don't know if it's the same XM connector for Lexus though I think it would be. It's kind of expensive but it may be found for less elsewhere.

It also says that the stock XM antenna does not work as well for Sirius as it does for XM which could cause you to have worse reception than normal. How much worse can it get? Here in L.A. Sirius reception is very bad!
