Default How to install HID fog lights

I recently bought the converstion kit for my IS350 and I wana know how people installed their HIDs for their fog lights. Was the task hard to do? Is it easy to do it youself? How did it come out? Picture will also be great and helpfull.
Thanks!!

its not hard to do..i just did this mod with the help of my friend. its easy if you have something to lift the car up with and take off the wheels...gives you more room to work with. i just basically unscrewed whatever screws that was held the splash guard behind the bumper and pryed it open.

i mounted the driver side ballast in the crevice of the washer fluid reservoir with velco tape and the passenger was mounted to a spare screw hole. sorry i don't have pics of the install but if you open it up you'll see what i'm talking about.

if you go to the FYI thread there's a DIY on how to change the fogs

It is sample if you take the bumper off... I got it install frm the shop I bought the HIDs... What they did is took the bumper off find a placement for the power unit away frm water (as far as possible) stick it and replace the fog blub... put the bumper back on... haha:P
