swirls/scratches will definitely show more on black then SGM. however, you will still see more on SGM then Tungsten Pearl. i have no regrets with SGM.

You can't go wrong with an SGM!

Yes the Tungsten Pearl hides imperfections better but SGM is a very nice color.
