You might want to check your math - my '06 IS has a 5,700 difference b/w Msrp & invoice, it's nicely equipped but not fully loaded top of the line . . .

The mortgage on dealership property (dealt with the owner) or mortgage on the sales manager's house?

In either case, as long as it's someone "in charge" I should think he/she would want to return the favor by giving you a good deal. It sounds very promising. However, you should still do your homework just in case.
