i did this to help lighten the confusion incase you are debating on installing new LEDs in your IS250/350 and arent sure which ones to buy (thanks to pocky for the phone assistance)...

the headlights are 6000k D4S bulbs and the very light blue light where the highbeams are are actually a pair SUPER HID WHITE REFRACTOR 5 LED (it looks like its really blue cause i replaced the highbeams with some 9006 NOKYA bulbs and when they arent powered the bulb is blue (so just think of the led flashing through a non functional blue bulb then you get all that crazy blue)

i dont have pics or vids of the reverse lights but just letting you know i used 2 SUPER HID WHITE 9 LED 921 912

(the side mirror puddle lights were too blue for my taste so i am re-ordering VELOCITY LEDS HID WHITE HIGH POWER LED BULBS 194 instead of blue ones that are in there now)

that site doesnt seem to work.

you pretty much have the same setup as me, but i have blue lights in the inside. and i used 5-led refractors in the front dome lights to reduce hot spots.

yah my buddy kind of said that too... he said just put at least one of those blue ones from the side mirror into the front dome light (you know how there are three in a row? yah he said put one blue in the middle and it should make for an interesting mellow blend... i might do that. i just ordered my two new bright WHITE replacements for the mirrors)

the high power chip style led's might not work too well in the side mirrors since they're not down firing. you should try the 90 degree leds that velocity offers.. that way they'll fire downwards.

For some reason, the inside dome lights look blue to me, are they? Im interested in a white LED. BTW for the side mirrors, which bulb is it??

they are white but the camera seemed to pick up more of the blue... its bright white... better than the yellowish stock color thats for sure.

dat-is350: youre right... i messed up... i meant to say 9 LED 921 bulbs. i changed the thread above. ill get pics tonight too

HID White High Power Flank LED ? you mean these? cause see i wasnt sure if the flank, since its one sided, would happen to be the right side that lights downward... i let you all know if the high power ones i change them too arent cool enough... ill have another vid or something to compare

yeah the flank leds is what i meant.. sorry. the correct term escaped me for a moment back there hahah. but they will work in the side mirrors.... i have em. also have em in the vanity lights as well.
