smoke em ftw.... but dont go too dark man... just like a little hint of black would make the tail lights look complete imo... but obviously redout ur amber parts first!!! lol

I was told by the folks at Rvinyl that you shouldn't "double-vinyl" lights b/c it would look like crap. If anyone has done this, let us know how it came out plz!

IMO the smoked tailights look good if done right, ive seen on many occasions, MB silver sl's that have smoked tailights that look very nice, i dont think with such a light color that you need the tail lights bar b qued but lightly smoked!

Does anyone have a pic of just the blacked out tails with no red outs? I was thinking about keeping it amber. What are ppls thought on that? Yay or nay?

see sig, i have redouts. and i don't recommend doing it with the amber there. it throws off the light. just pay the extra 10 bucks and have them red-out.

and i love how this thread keeps popping up, guys, it's been done i smoked them out back in like march or something. lol
