yea so the title pretty much speaks for itself just waiting for the adjuster to come and total it out anyways its been fun clublexus but i dont think i will be gettin another on i need a trucker range,hummer,esco etc...

The insurance company can buy it from him if he wants to sell it to them. Otherwise, he can salvage the car himself and take whatever amount the insurance company offers him. He also has the option of selling them the stock car and keeping the aftermarket parts for himself.
I think that's how it works if you own the car/title. Don't know how it works if financed or leased it, cause it's not your car.

Clearly, you're in the group he mentioned. 306 hp is a lot of power for a cocky 16 year old that's still too dumb to know that they don't know anything.
When the insurance rates for these cars go up because of all of the "retarded" parents with too much money and too little sense, those of us actually paying for their own cars and insurance will be pissed.
