I have had the following happen twice. First time, I noticed the situation in the morning when I went to start the car. Second time, I was in the car when it happened.
Symptoms are:
(1) All windows open.
(2) Sunroof totally opens.
(3) Both turn signals flash (only noticed when I was in the car).
When it happened when I was in the car, I was leaning over the pocket that held the electronic key.
My feeling is I must be accidently pressing some buttons on the key by leaning over.
Can anyone tell me what I did?
Thank you.

there was...but i dont think anymore. Before panic buttons were invented, you could hold the lock button and it would close. Actually i think the IS has a specified panic button. Try holding the lock button on the key.
if that does not work, then hold the lock button on the handle and it should close up everything. much easier than turned the engine back on if you leave a window open

I've had more problems with inadvertent key fob presses on this car than I have with any other. I've even had the dealer disable the "window down/sunroof open" function via LPS because of it. Since those buttons rarely needed anyway, I don't know why Lexus hasn't designed a keyfob case that covers the buttons and keeps them from being accidentally pressed in the harsh environment of a pocket or purse.

Originally I thought the same thing about the lock button, but too bad. Maybe it's a safety feature... but it would be nice to have. I had used the handle sensor to unlock a couple times, and when I get into the car, my emergency blinkers would flash too. It stopped now, but maybe it's a similar problem. Actually, my guess is when I'm crawling in I'm hitting the unlock button too =P
