That IS looks bone stock.. ie exhaust looks stock. I doubt he is shooting anything. Same with the mustang for that matter. I know RoRo had talked about putting some nitrous but what gains are you really going to get on the IS with it? Who knows though.. I am prob. wrong. I can say this, I have yet been beat by a mustang of any year unless it came in on a trailer. Even this last sunday when gernby (he was running 8.5's and I 8.6's) were at the track I lined up against a 05 mustang with nitrous and beat him. he ran an 8.7 and came over afterwards to look at my engine and see what was up.

If this IS is running nitrous then I need to talk to him

Yea I think it was you that went up against a 5.0 Mustang and took it out. I got taken out by a 2001 Chevy Silverado I have no idea what he had.

they are racing from a roll and you were racing from a stop. Just because you beat a mustang in the 1/8 doesn't mean you'll also beat it in the 1/4. I raced a C6 vette last wednesday and I beat him in the 1/8 but in the end he ran 13.58@107 and I ran 13.60@101. I came out ahead in the 1/8 because I had a 2.05 60' and his was 2.3x, you can't really predict how fast a car is from a 1/8 ET. The only reason why you beat that n/o 05 mustang is because he couldn't hook but i'm sure his MPH will be much higher than yours in the end.

Thats not a 05 mustang.. thats prolly a Fox Body mustang with a 5.0 V-8 in it.

no, it was combfilter talking about beating a nitrous 05 mustang at the track. I really dont' see that happen in the 1/4 because stock 05 mustang run about 13.6-13.7 stock.
