Hey, Lexus also vacuum and armor all your tires for you!!! Wow, I noticed how clean the interior was!! I had a bunch of sand and crumbs on the seats. Now, all gone. I had no clue they went the extra mile to vacuum. Plus the armor all is a nice touch.

I would be careful with that too. I didn't notice til a week later, but when they wiped down my interior they scratched the hell out of the wood trim by the shift ****. Only I drive my car and I know for a fact that they weren't there when I dropped the car off.

Not in a million years, I'll let Lexus dealer touch my baby !!

After learning almost everything there is to know about maintaining and caring for my IS in CL, this question is design for the mentally ill. So yes, masoquist are some form of mental illness.

So in a nutshell, a big NO to the dealer!!

I wash my cars, no dealer wash & scratch for me. If I don't have time to wash myself, there is a Mobil gas station nearby that has a completely touchless wash, completely automated (you stay in your car, and drive through), nothing touches your car but soap, water, and air!

You know since my local dealership was rebuilt I decided to let them wash the car. They have done a great job, they have basically a roll in car wash. I haven't noticed anything yet.. and my service writer calls me -eagle eye- I usually spot everything.

If they caused damage to your car, they didn't clean it perfectly. Even if your car is black, that doesn't give the dealer permission to wash it with dirty water and old rags.

i truly hate hate the way lexus wash my car, they did that and i kept on forgetting to tell them NO. My car is black so it'll have swirls on it when they wash it.

I think they're upset cuz i ate all their free cookies/ soda.

I refuse to let them touch my car on the outside and even on the inside. Everytime they vaccum the leather its as if they pierce it in there to get the smallest nano-fibers. The exterior wash they have is like have razors running across your paint. It's sad of how pathetic they are........The best way to clean a car is handwash with only micro-fiber towels on the interior and exterior.
