Just thinking about my dealer makes me want to go in for service and sit in one of the massage chairs for the duration.

My dealer JM Lexus has excellent service, each time I had my SC400 in for service it was top notch, the first time they gave me free coupons to go out to lunch while the car was being serviced and there waiting area is very cool with gourmet coffee bar and a peaceful garden area. I was always treated like a very important person, like they cared about me and my car. Lasting impressions.

However I am having a really hard time getting a IS350 loaded, All Florida dealers only get Prem Pkg and I want Lux Pkg, it makes it even harder cause I want Lux, Nav, ML, Park Assist and Rear Spoiler in a IS350 and it seems that car does not exist in FL. So special order seems to be the only way to go. It hurts thinking I have to wait 4 months, I keep pushing it aside, I wish there was an easier way. But maybe I just need to special order it and get off the forums so I stop thinking about it.

I love my dealership. They have a great showroom as well as a state of the art service bay. All of the employees are professional and clean-cut. It's one of the main reasons I sold my last car prematurely and got the IS.

Magnessuen's Lexus here in Fremont recently opened up its new location, making me think about how small the older one was. How many NEW cars were on the front lot?(like 30-40 lol)

Jm Lexus has a nice invetory of 250's and 350's, and they will deal. I was told several weeks ago that they've seen only one 2007 Sport Package.

Not surprisingly, Special Orders are discouraged.....gotta move that floor stock.

We deal with Lexus of Seattle (which in not located in Seattle, but quite a ways North in Lynwood - go figure), and so far, their service and responsiveness has been superb. Since we have to drive about 100 miles (one way), they have tended to treat us very well and provide a lot of courtesies, including follow-up calls. They also give the wife chocolates – Score!

I bought my car from Magnussens Lexus in Fremont, CA at the new location. Their facility is very nice and modern, with a good sized inventory. The buying experience was relaxing and easy. As for service, I took my car in last night to fix a few things that weren't right at delivery. It felt a bit rushed, but otherwise was treated well. We'll see what happens when I get my car back.

I hate Lexus of Seattle, yeah the frills and comforts are great but I don't give 2 ****s about that anymore. I want my car fixed on time and correctly, honesty, and a loaner when promised. I put up with what I have to but it's a 50 mile drive one way to the dealership and Bellevue is another 20 miles away and way too busy so I have no other choice really. Anyone familiar with Lexus of Seattle know if Scott Lance is still there?

Agree with that, if your looking for a 250 or 350 with prem pkg only JM is a good place to start. I'm in the minority bracket.
