I did search, but nothing that answers to all my questions, so here it is.
I'm looking to buy a set of 18 inch Volk GTC wheels (silver) for my 07 IS250 AWD. I was thinking to get 19 inch wheels, but the price difference was pretty big and I guess 18 inch ones look much better than the stock 17 inch ones..
Question 1: Would 18 inch wheels look too small on the IS? Or would it look OK? I know.. it's kinda stupid question. I have seen many different pics on the forum, but it looked all different even it was the same 18 inch wheels. I guess that lowered IS makes the wheels look bigger.
Question 2: The size I am looking at is 18 x 8.0 +43 offset. I think this would be just perfect offset and width. Would they rub with Eibach pro-kit?
Question 3: Tire size. Should I get 225/40/18 or should I go wider?
Question 4: Would TPMS fit on VOLK GTC wheels?
Sorry about many questions, but I guess we all love talking about cars and why not asking you guys.

18's will look better than your 17's but your still going to want a drop, the front gap is hideous.
+43 offset should be fine, but i don't believe it will be as flush as it can go. you shouldn't have rubbing issues when dropped. tire size is fine.
tpms will most def. not work. pretty sure the GTC's are 2 piece forged, so not going to work due to the angle of the tpms.
check the sticky on the top of the 2IS forum, there are tons of pictures and info on what people are running.

Most of the volk line are 2 piece. The barrel is forged but the spokes are cast. Your offset looks good and the tire size is fine. You might consider 235/40 instead as you'll get a little more curb and pothole protection.

gotta figure out about TPMS sensors..
BTW, would you guys rather go for 18 inch IS stock wheels rather than volk wheels?
