You know I spoke with the Parts Department at the Dealer and he told me that is why they changed out to the new Brake pads because the ones for our ride wear out too quick, that was the complaint they were getting not because of the enormous amount of Brake Dust. I just got done with mine this morning and thought doing a DIY would help people out because of the price they charge to change out the Brakes at the dealrship. but it is not hard at all. trust me it's cake.

well if your not resurfacing the rotor you dont need to remove the caiper at all. all you need to do is remove the pin and slide the pads out.

uuuummmm part 2
Please refer to step 1 with the pic of the Rotor and the Caliper without the wheel. Is it possible to actualy slide the brake pads off with little room in front and back. and also with the pressure that is on the brakes from the Calipers itself you think it's easy to actually push those brakes off of the calipers and again with the little room you have in front and back... I would like to see pictures of that in detail snap shot at a time and if it was that easy than I just wasted my time. because from my stand point when removeing the caliper itself from the Rotor I had to give it some UUMMFF, know what I mean, to remove it. so just pushing the brakes off the caliper would be hell, which I think is impossible. but if you have done it(pictures please) than cool, but I beg to differ............
