Anything I should be worried about aside from the obvious slight speedo error by installing these on all 4 wheels? Tire store assured me they will pose no significant issues. Also did not elect to have installed TPMS installed, is there any quick/easy way to disable on the 07 or do I just put a piece of tape over the light on the dash?

I'm running 235/45R17 on 17x8 +48 wheels all-around and have no problem. Just make sure the wheel spokes clear your brake calipers (they should unless your wheel design have some major concave spokes).

There is no way to disable the TMPS warning lights on your dash unless you hack it (not recommend). Just leave it or put a piece of tape on the dash..
