I just went to the Lexus Owners site and changed my profile so that I'll receive a subscription to the Lexus magazine.

 

Just wondering, does this complementary subscription have any expiration?

roar, I still didn't get a Lexus Magazine at all.

 

I wrote to Lexus back in December to complain that I hadn't been receiving the magazine. By response, they said they'd put me back on the mailing list and send me the two back issues that I'd missed.

Well, they only sent one back issue, and the new one hasn't arrived either.

 

Mmmm....Maybe I should complain too. How often is the Lexus Magazine issued?

 

It's printed quarterly.

i went into my profile and it's always been checked that i wanted to receive the magazine in the mail, but i have never ever received one and it's been over a year now.

 

I just subscribed , hope I get them.
