I saw an IS on the turnpike today in this color, it actually fits the car well, this color is very oriental looking and seems it would be a popular color in Japan. I think it gives the IS a more Japanese look. However with that said, I would not choose this color.

I would own it...some customization would make it look better. It is different and I like that about it.

I dont know why. But I like that color, even though people hate on it.

Maybe because, it reminds me of the military colors im so used to. :P

I get more compliments on this color, the first thing people say about my car is "i love that color." I personally will only own green cars so it was the only choice for me.

Now, yours is a different story! I like the lighter shade of green a LOT more. That looks classy. Just not feeling the darker greens.

Saw one at the dealership in daylight and does not look very good at all. But I guess some people like it or they wouldnt offer it.

i just wish they had some sweet colors like sunburst yellow or a hot orange. but black saphire pearl is the hotest color lexus offers. ir looks black at times but can have theis sweet looking blue in the sunlight

I like the color, but I would get tired of it.

IMO, it's too colorful for everyday driving.
