Okay, heres the thing that everyone seems to be missing... They are NOT cooled seats, the are VENTILATED seats. Meaning that they pass what ever temperature air is in the cabin through them. So yes if your AC is on and its 65 degrees in there, then thats what will come through the seats. If its 85 in there then guess what your seats will blow out, HOT air!
I think those of you who actually think the heated seats get really hot haven't experienced other heated seats in other cars, because by comparison, the IS is by far the weakest in this department.
I agree. My Escalade feels like I have a fire under my rear in comparision to the IS. I would say the IS is comparible to my 350Z, it's nice but not hot.
