Question Clutch/Brake/Gas/Dead Padels

I wanted to get the aluminum ones cos it comes with the old skool padels now. Should I get the OEM ones or any other brands you guys recommended? And the last question would be where can i get them cheap(er)?

Thanks in advance!

p.s. one more thing i am concerning about : would the padels slippery when wet?

i say go with the OEM aluminum... i just replaced the stocks last weekend and i think it adds a nice touch. beware of the accelerator pedal!! it's a b*tch to install.. very tight quarters.. as far as where to get them.. lexus stopped selling the pedal kit for some reason so now you need need to buy each peice separately.. i got the dead pedal and brake pedal from sewell at lexus-parts.com and i bought the acceleraotr assy from a 1G IS off of ebay.. all i had to do was knock out the pin on 1G accelerator assy and i had the completed set.. note: i've been told that the brake and dead pedal from the 1G IS are not compatible with the 2G.. and since it sounds like you have a manual, i don't know about the clutch.. good luck!

The brake and accelerator are compatable from 1G to 2G

The Foot rests are not.

Also you can buy the 1G pedal from Sewell. It comes on the 1G accelerator bar. Remove the bar and you have the 2G pedal. It costs about $50 for the aluminum accelerator from a 1G
