Car pulling -- tell the dealer!
Sunroof rattling -- tell the dealer!
Engine sound -- yea, those are the fancy stratified charge fuel injectors. You'll live.
AC -- do you leave it on full blast and turn the car off suddenly? these conditions can cause mold to form in the cold, dark, dry climates ...

I have a problem with my AC. I usually use "outside air" most of the time. But sometimes there is a bad smell coming in, I will use cabin air. But then the cabin air smells even worse! Do I need a new AC filter? I only have 4K miles on it...

I can give advice on one thing...
Try turning your temp to the highest (85 degrees) with the fan at the highest speed, with the AC off, for about 10 minutes. You'll "kill" any funky smell out of the AC unit. It works for many of my cars' AC units.
Also, if you've had the car for a long time now, you may want to change the AC filter.
