I searched for driving television but didn't see this posted, Of course it's over a year old or more but you don't see too many testers and reviewers being done by a woman. I think this must be Canada? Lot's of snow. Quality video is poor if enlarged.

Why would they or anyone care? This video was made before the 335i was available, and everyone, including BMW owners already know the IS350 is a faster car than the 330i.

It's definitely a video from a Canadian show. I've seen the show a few times (can't remember the name of the show), and I remember her name is Dagmar.
