It's cheaper to buy on eBay and change it yourself, instead of relying on the dealership.
The dealership typically orders these wheels and changes the tires/wheels themselves, then charge a $2000 upgrade for the chrome. Unless if you haggle down the price (more haggling means more of a hassle), you won't find a better deal than a DIY.
