I just got my IS350 around 3 weeks ago, and I have read alot on the forums about the brake pads making alot of brake dust. And I have seen that Lexus came out with a TSB to replace the pads if you want them too. It also states that the replacement pads they put on won't have the same performance. My question is, has anyone put on new pads, and if you did, what did you put on ?
I had this same problem when I had my 350Z, alot of brake dust in the front, and I replaced the pads with Hawk, which are almost completely dust free.

One of my colleagues at work had Lexus perform the brake dust TSIB on his 2006 IS350, and put on the less aggressive pads specified in BR002-06.
He reports that braking performance was reduced a bit, and is now comparable to his wife's second generation GS300.
