So far my dealership has been very careful with my car and my moms two previous lexus. I thus far have had zero problems with my dealership and only praise for them but we'll see what they get when I take in for the 5k check up I have a list of things needing to be looked at

Mine rattles when sunroof is in tilt mode......they told me that the other IS350 make that same noise.....like it was a normal thing.

That's ridiculous. I would speak with a supervisor. That sounds like laziness. You are talking about a car that costs $35-45k. Why would you pay all that money for a new car that rattles and squeaks. I have had mine just shy of a year and I have no noise coming from the sunroof in any position. If it's making a noise, there is a problem and your dealer needs to fix it. Plain and simple.
