He has tinted most of the New England Patriots windows i watched him do it because i am tring to learn to tint so i can expand my auto detailing business.
If you would read the thread that was posted above, you would see that our door panels have double wipers on the inside of the glass. I don't care how "professional" the tint installer is, it shouldn't be done without removing the door panels.

I'm starting to get paranoid ... and debating whether or not to get my car tinted (when it gets delivered) ... especially after hearing all the potential problems. What to do ... what to do.

Don't get paranoid. Just find/use a good installer. Pretty much true regardless of the product, right?

a good installer will remove the door panel. when they put it back on CHECK to see if everything is well. check brake lights and window functions.

arent you supposed to wait a few days or a week before you roll down your windows after you get tint?

Yes, but the duration depends on temperature. If you get them tinted in the middle of summer, and leave it out in the sun all day, it would probably be fine after a few hours.

Make sure you research as much as poss. I had mine re-done 3-4 by a so-called 15 yr expert. And it still sucks!!

Don't know your current climate there but here in Cali this time of the year 2-3 days is enough to let the tint dry and adhere to the windows. Advised not to roll down windows for 3days and don't clean or wipe your inside windows for a week.
