Default Getting LPS at Tustin Lex, > 1 hour for this...

I'm sitting here waiting at Tustin Lexus for my LPS settings to be set - door NOT unlock at park, door lock at 13 mph, DRL disable (hopefully). It's been over an hour for what should be a job that takes 1-2 minutes. Thankfully, this "service" is free.

All this waiting makes me ponder the following questions:

1. What is like the average wait time for service at your dealer?

2. What do they charge you per hour for labor?

3. What are the best times to go to the dealership to get serviced?

4. What are the best dealerships in So Cal for service?

I don't really plan on getting oil changes at the dealership - I'd hate to think about all the time I would waste doing that on top of the "premium" service charge.

Update: finally! Woohoo, got the DRL's turned off no hassle. I did include a page with instructions turning them off.

Hopefully they don't swirl mark my baby - I forgot to tell them not to wash it.
