Nice write-up! I installed the same black CF kit over my woodgrain. There are some spots where the woodgrain shows through. This doesn't seem to be a problem with your silver dash though. Luckily, Carson had the good sense to include some black vinyl 3M tape to cover up the spots. I had to take apart my center console and dash to make sure I got everything. (But that was kind of fun. )

can you get any pics for us to see??? have the woodgrain and would like to change. i like the silver better then the woodgrain and didnt know it was an option. the CF looks really good in our car!

Im with you, I love the silver cf it gives it that sporty look that the IS was meant for IMO. Evitzee you did an awesome job well done my friend AHHAhA One thing though, you stated in the title "Many Pics" there was like 6 HAhAHha POST MORE!!! jk
