As I understand it, this thing is attached to the rear window with adhesive tape. So what's to keep some jackass from pulling this right off your car if they want it bad enough?

well its the same double sided 3m adhesive tape u would use on a lip spoiler, its actually realy hard to remove if u use enough tape, really realy hard
It doesnt matter haha Im not trying to argue, Im just trying to state a fact if I am correct that the spoiler is not authentic. Sorry, Im picky about knock-offs.

It's true, he never said it was Lexon. But to lead people into a false sense of belief, I'm not sure if that was right. Thinking there is hope to get a Lexon piece for $300 pre-painted.
He never denied it wasn't a Lexon piece. Or rather, just never "answered". Other people answered for him saying it was Lexon.
So it's also not his "fault" either.
But maybe he's getting a million PM's a minute for it. Maybe that's the idea? I'm only saying Maybe. I'm not assuming it's a fact.
