Default Where do you go for your oil change?

I'm at 4600 miles, so I'm about to go in for my 5K checkup/oil change, but was curious where everyone was getting there's done at.

my first oil change is free. did anyone else get their first service free, or is it up to the individual dealer?

for my 10K oil change, i plan on going back to the dealer as well. At least is some mechanic who smells of smoke stinks up my car, i have someone to complain to, unlike some other mechanic who would laugh at you. I'd like to think that the dealership has more respect for your car than anyone else. of course...i've been wrong before!

Go to the dealer for the first one. I go to a Toyota dealer for later ones (much cheaper).

First one at the dealership. Subsequent ones myself. About $40 for 7 quarts of Mobil 1 5W-20, and five and change for the filter.

The oil change is free up 5000 then after that it cost some coin. Newport lexus ( I mean rip off) is charging $89 bucks for an oil change. I went to jiffylube down on PCH and they do a good job it cost $31. I always keep an eye on what they are doing just to make sure
