Didn't he just take delivery? Bet money it's pad deposits and it will clear up from a proper pad bedding in.

Just got my car back from Lexus' servicing dept, the technician told me it is completely normal. It does shakes a little bit when the brake is apply, I went on a test drive with him. I guess its normal
