i asked this in the other thread but no response....
so basically all your stock functions work? i know you said that your steering wheel functions work but how does all the audio functions work?
Does your stock deck have to be on in order for your Eclipse deck to work? Can your Eclipse deck work by itself or if your Eclipse deck is off could your stock deck work by itself (like stock)?

went to their web site and dont see 5500 anymore. they got 5510. does anyone know the difference?
also i read their web site and it gave me the impression that the map only covers the majority of socal area and very limited NY area....? could someone confirm that does it cover the whole 50 states?
thanks

Jay/Johnny, can you tell me how extensive the wiring is? I plan to install my z2 this weekend and someone in my.is told me that avn5500 just plugs right in to stock wiring. Is that true? The shops are asking me 400-500 to do the install and if it was just tapping the wires, I can do that myself.
