I was searching for lug torque specs today and found several opinions.
Here is the one from the owners manual.

Firmly tighten each nut two
three times in the order shown
the illustration.
Tightening torque:
76 ft•lbf (103 N•m, 10.5 kgf•m)
Stow the flat tire, tire jack and all tools.

All Toyotas are 76 lb-ft except the Landcruiser and equivalent LX vehicles. They have been for many years.

Thanks Lobux, I agree. For long time Toyo owners this is old info, but new guys look for it, and I was reading today where many people disagree so that is why.
