You used to be able to view it on the Alldata site, but they seem to have cut off access to people who aren't subscribers. Perhaps someone with access to TIS (the Lexus/Toyota repair portal) can post it for you.

Keep an eye on the map scale indicator - the one that says 300ft, 750ft, etc. as you zoom the map in and out. Under that indicator you'll see the word GPS whenever your system has a lock on the birds. On a properly working system, the GPS should have a lock pretty much all the time, except when you are in a tunnel or a parking garage. If you don't see the word GPS, it means that the system is using gyroscopes and the speed sensor to calculate your position using dead reckoning. If you find the GPS logo missing for extended time periods for no apparent reason, I'd highly recommend having the TSB performed. Dead reckoning can get confused and show you in the wrong place at a time when you need it most.
