help car wont start

sorry to keep u guys wait, everything turn out ok, they tow the car to the local dealer that is in long island city, i werent with the car but my borther were there, they told him that there was a problem with the battery, but that morning i check everything from front to the back of my car and also under the hood too. i know for sure that the battery is ok. and when i got car back i went right to the battery and is still the same battery. but i werent there so whtever they told my brother , that wht brother tell me. but nevertheless is running. And the dealer in queens is the first time the car has been there.

I had the same trouble last september or october. Our lexus dealer say to try to have both fob near of the start button and start the car (hold start button until you heard 2 or 3 "bip"). Then after that, the car start sometime and sometime not. I tested it next day and all worked like new and it never happen again!
