Good job on the installation. But I'm amused at all the fuss these lights have stirred in the USA, which doesn't require them. In almost all other instances the posters here are all for defeating any sort of nanny that can be regarded as 'safety' in the interests of looking cool. Blacked out or red out tailights and rear reflectors, DRL's turned off, and adding 5% limo tint come to mind. Anything to make the car look more 'stealth', smoother, or cool. Yet here are two 'bumps' on the side of the car that don't help it look any sleeker, and are there in overseas markets in the interests of safety (although having lived in Australia with these type of lights I fail to see how they help in the safety regard), and everyone here 'oohs and ahhs' over how cool they look. Maybe I'm in the minority, but I like the IS's side profile without these lights on them. Lights like this rarely improve the appearance of a car, this is no exception. If you guys lived in a country that had these lights on them as stock, believe me, most would be removing them in the interests of making the car look sleeker. Go figure.

I guess you are referring to my post. Rant? I don't think so. Just an observation, and an opinion, on the quirkiness of IS owners. We all want something different, and in this case the action makes it look like almost all other IS's sold outside the USA. So instead of making it look different you are making it look more mainstream. That is quirky imo.

Bringing it back! Someone please correct me, but isnt it NOT 14.5 and supposed to be 16.5?? Illmike got the measurement from someone and said thats the other measurements.

YES!! you are right it is 16.5" I made a mistake an wrote 14.5' instead of the 16.5" but the turn signals in my car have the correct measurement

I always thought about doing these...untill I decided on buying side mirrors turn signals instead....I really like how they look without being too obvious
